General

Some Racing2day customers may have been recently affected by trying to legally deposit funds using their credit card into their existing Racing2day wagering account, only to be informed that the deposit request has been declined.  These transactions are being restricted or blocked by US Financial Institutions and are not intitated by any Racing2day staff or management.

This is an industry wide issue which is affecting all legal and regulated online ADW's in the horseracing wagering industry.  Racing2day and other industry stakeholders and regulators are working with the common goal to resolve this problem for the player and horseracing industry as a whole.

In the interim, in order to continue to enjoy the great wagering service offered by Racing2day, we wish to suggest and recommend using Bank Wire or Personal Check (Details) below to fund your wagering account. Note please do not send cash.

Q/ Who are Racing2day?

Racing2day is an online horse racing wagering business run by horse racing owners, players, handicappers and fans. We’re all as passionate about the sport as you are, and our mission is to help you enjoy it to the full.

Q/ Is Racing2day regulated? 

Trading as Racing2Day.com, Racing2day LLC a Delaware incorporated company, holds a multi-jurisdictional license issued by the Oregon Racing Commission in Portland, Oregon, USA.  The company and management team are personally licensed by the Commission and we adhere to the rules and regulations as set out by the Commission. Q/ What States can I wager from?

Notice: At this time we're unable to accept wagers from residents of the following States; Alaska, Arizona, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia or the District of Columbia.  

Q/ What information do I need to open an account with Racing2day?

The registration process should take around five minutes. You will need to provide the following personal information: full legal name, phone number, email address, residence address, mailing address (if different), social security number (SSN), driver's license number and state, and any other information that may be required to prove your identity.

Please note Racing2day LLC have a strict privacy policy and any photocopied documents are securely stored and only used to verify your identity. 

Q/ Do you accept International customers?

Yes we do and you will be required to provide the following personal information:full legal name, phone number, email address, residence address, mailing address (if different), along with photocopies of your driver's license and/or passport, and any other information that may be required to prove your idenity.

Q/ What is Racing2day's attitude towards problem gambling?

Racing2day Responsible Gambling Policy: Racing2day is committed to endorsing responsible wagering. Please wager sensibly. 

Racing2day is not in business to capitalize on compulsive behavior or underage gaming. In order to encourage responsible gaming, Racing2day is committed to preventing these two common gaming problems.

It is the policy of Racing2day not to take advantage of any customer exhibiting behavior associated with compulsive gaming and not to accept wagers from underage persons. It is also our policy to sensitize our staff to these issues in an effort to promote responsible gaming.

Q/ What is the minimum deposit to open an account?

You will have to deposit $25 or more or currency equivalent into your Racing2Day account. This is not a subscription fee. This is a requirement of the State of Oregon, where Racing2Day.com is licensed.

Q/ How do I deposit funds into my account?

Deposits can be made by phone, website, mail. A minimum deposit of $25 is required to establish an account with Racing2Day.com. For further details please click here

Q/ How do I withdraw funds from my account?

Withdrawal requests will be processed within five (5) business days after receipt of the withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests can be made by phone. The availability of funds is subject to funds available in the customer's account. For further details please click here

Q/ Do you charge a monthly fee or adminstration fee or fee per wager?

We know some of our competitors may charge these type of fees! Here at Racing2day we believe in helping the customer enjoy wagering with as many FREE tools and services as possible - so the answer is NO we don't have any of these such charges.

Q/ I am new to wagering and betting on horses, do you have a guide or glossary of common terms?

Yes, we do and we shall soon be offering online tutorials with The Team Racing2Day pros. Our pros are horse racing handicapping experts and up-and-coming horse players who we believe are the best in their field. They travel the US and the world, playing online and at the track. Look out for them at your local race track or handicapping tour – they’ll be easy to spot and are there to give you the advice you need.

Q/ I am not getting Racing2day activation or marketing emails delivered to my inbox.

To ensure that your Racing2day activation and marketing emails are delivered to your mailbox, please follow the instructions below.

E-mail provider - Outlook

You will need to add our From address, support@racing2day.com, marketing@racing2day.com to your address book: 

• On the tools menu click Address Book.
• Click New and select Group. This will launch a new card window.
• Enter  Racing2day in the Group Name and Name boxes, then type our From address, such as support@racing2day.com or marketing@racing2day.com into the email address box.
• Click OK

E-mail provider - Hotmail or MSN

• Open your Hotmail mailbox.
• Click the Options link, on the main menu tabs, then Junk E-Mail Protection link, then Safe List.
• Type: support@racing2day.com, marketing@racing2day.com or other into your safe list.
• If you see one of our emails in your Junk Mail folder, click 'This is not Junk Mail' to avoid having email from the same source sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future.

E-mail provider - Yahoo Mail

• Open your Yahoo! mailbox.
• Click Mail Options.
• Click Filters.
• Click Add Filter.
• In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
• Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the Racing2day email address.
• At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the pull down menu.
• Click the Add Filter button again.
• If the Racing2day emails have been filtered to your "bulk" folder, simply open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

E-mail provider - AOL

• Open your AOL mailbox.
• Go to keyword: Spam Controls.
• Version 9.0: Open the latest email you have received from us
• Click the Add Address button (on the right) to add to your "People I Know" list.
• Alternatively, you can just send an email to support@racing2day.com, marketing@racing2day.com, and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically.
• To Do This
• Open an email you have received from us.
• Click the Reply button (it's in the top right corner).
• A new email window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
• Replace the address in the Send To box with Racing2day address such as support@racing2day.com
• Click Send Now (in the top right corner).
• Even if the email you send doesn't get through to us, the act of sending it does the job of putting us into your "People I Know" list

E-mail provider - GMAIL

• Open your Gmail mailbox.
• Click on Contacts
• Click Add Contacts
• In the first field labeled Name: type in 'Racing2day' (without the quotation marks).
• In the second field labeled email: type in support@racing2day.com or marketing@racing2day.com or other email address from Racing2day (without the quotation marks).
• Click on the 'Add Contact' button.

Q/ Promotions - What are your General Terms and Conditions?

• All Racing2day offers are intended for recreational players and Racing2day may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
• All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number,SSN, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc), and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers. Offers only apply to customers who have made a real money deposit with Racing2day.
• Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Racing2day reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition Racing2day reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
